• All clients who attend Soul View Space for therapy treatments will be required to read and sign a Privacy Notice under the new GDPR guidelines. This will be issued and discussed in full during the initial consultation.
• Any sensitive medical or health information you provide to us via email, text, social media messenger services or over the phone will only be held and used if a treatment is carried out, at which time we will require explicit consent from you to hold this data. If a treatment is not carried out we will securely destroy all information you have provided.
• On behalf of Soul View Space, Frances Ward is registered with the Information Commissioners Office, reference number: ZB295604.

Soul View Space and Soul View Space Reflexology are trading names owned by Frances Ward CRM5 GJC MAR CNHC and Eleanor Ward.

The Purpose of Processing Client Data

It is necessary to gather and retain information about your health and wellbeing in order to provide professional therapy treatments. This information will only be used for informing treatment sessions and related recommendations concerning aspects of health and wellbeing. This will be discussed in full during at your consultation.

Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive from this website completely confidential and used solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other parties.

This website is owned and managed by Frances Ward and Eleanor Ward. We can be contacted on 07921 132714 and 07960 111971 or  info@soulviewspace.com  regarding any questions with this policy. Frances Ward is the controller of the personal data you provide.

Personal data is any information which identifies you personally, for example your name. This Privacy Policy is concerned with the personal data for the following:

• Soul View Space clients and those who enquire about treatments;
• Users of the website who sign up to receive online content;
• Data collected when an order is placed via the gifting page.

• We collect information from you when you place an order via the gifting page. We may collect your name, email address, mailing address and telephone number. 
• If you are purchasing a gift voucher, we will collect information about the gift recipient, so we can fulfil the gift voucher purchase. The information collected will not be used for marketing purposes, nor shared with any other party.
• Cookies are used to enhance your online experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our website. Please refer to the “cookies” section below for information about cookies and how we use them.
• We use Google Analytics on the website. This is a third-party service. We may collect certain information about your visit, for example the browser you use, the date and time you accessed the website, and any pages that you access.  This information is only used for statistical analysis, so we can make improvements to the website. This information will not be shared with any other party.  This information is processed in a way which cannot identify anyone.  We do not attempt to find out the identities of anyone visiting this website. For Email /Content Subscribers

• If you subscribe to Soul View Space for any of our content we hold your name and email address. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the footer of any of the content you receive or by contacting info@soulviewspace.com. Your information will not be shared with any other party.

For reflexology and therapy treatment enquiries:

If you send us any sensitive medical/health information, we will only hold and use this data if we proceed with a treatment. We will request your consent to hold this data. If we do not proceed with a treatment we will securely erase this information.

When a treatment is booked, all clients will be required to read and sign a Privacy Notice under the GDPR guidelines. This will be discussed with you to you during the appointment.

3. Use of Personal Information

The personal information we collect on this website is only used to provide the services you have requested.  This will include:

• To process transactions of items purchased via the shop page and deliver them to the contact details provided;
• To deliver gift vouchers purchased to the recipient of the gift voucher;
• To send you any online content you have requested.

4. Third Party Links

The Soul View Space website contains links to other websites of interests, including, professional bodies, research papers and resources for you to access at your own discretion. If you click on a link you acknowledge and agree that you have chosen to go to the linked website. Soul View Space is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy policy of any external site. We would always recommend you read the linked websites’ privacy policy. 

Soul View Space has no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of linked websites and is not responsible for any damage, loss or offence caused by visiting an external website or resource. However we welcome any feedback relating to links as we aim to provide the best content and service possible.

We use a third-party website to process payment transactions securely. Their terms and conditions and privacy policy apply.

Soul View Space website uses cookies.  If you choose to leave a comment on our blog posts, this requires a cookie to be placed on your device.

These are installed by third parties (including Google Analytics) with the aim of collecting information to carry out research into the behaviour and demographics of visitors to the Soul View Space website.  Personal information which could be used to identify visitors or their personal data is not collected.

• If you have submitted a comment to be published on a blog post and you would like us to remove it, please email info@soulviewspace.com stating the comment you would like to remove and the blog post title. The comment will be removed for you within 14 days of your request.
• If you have submitted a testimonial to be published on the Soul View Space website and would like us to remove it, please email info@soulviewspace.com with your request and it will be removed from the website within 14 days of your request.
